Meet the Mansion House Dental team
Friends since their early university days, the Mansion House partners aspired to establish a practice with its own distinct ethos. The philosophy of a patient-centred approach in a comfortable and modern setting, led them to set up the newly refurbished and very modern practice in the heart of the City of London.
We are proud winners of the ‘Most improved Practice’ award at the Private Dentistry Awards in London. The practice was also runner-up in the category for ‘Best Practice Principal’ – in recognition of the partners at the practice and their efforts to motivate the team and improve patient care.
Dr. Abbasi has a special interest in aesthetic dentistry and has travelled extensively, to learn and observe techniques and skills employed to further his understanding of the practice of ‘Biomimetic Dentistry’.
Dr. Abbasi qualified from the University of Sheffield and went on to work in practices across the UK. He was then based in Sydney, Australia, where he worked in the Central Business District and North Sydney. He is currently in the final year of his Masters in Aesthetic Dentistry at the prestigious Kings’ College London.
During his spare time, he enjoys travelling, keeping fit and listening to a variety of music genres.
Dr. Johar has taken a number of courses to increase his skill set, such as the Chris Orr Advanced Dental Seminars course and simple orthodontics.
After graduating from the University of Sheffield, he went on to work in Sheffield and London for five years. Dr. Johar has completed a three-year Masters in endodontics (root canal therapy) and enjoys working on complex and challenging cases.
Besides dentistry, Dr. Johar is an avid gym goer, trying to live a healthy lifestyle and enjoys his cricket, even though his playing days are numbered. He has a young son who he hopes to make into a professional cricketer. Big expectations!
Dr. Mohal’s special interests are in implant and restorative dentistry. He has had extensive experience of replacing teeth using implants, helping people improve their smile and bite.
Dr. Mohal qualified from Barts & The Royal London Dental Institute London, having completed a five-year dental training course. He carried out his one-year practice vocational training in the Oxford scheme, before starting his one-year associate position in Basingstoke.
He has established himself as a friendly and caring professional and has gained a reputation as a very approachable dentist, who is always willing to listen to anyone’s concerns.
