The terms and conditions apply to all transactions with Mansion House Dental Practice. By using our site and placing an order this indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully for future reference.
General
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age. Placing an order indicates your acceptance our terms and conditions.
How to Book an appointment:
You will be also be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your booking.
We accept all Major Credit Cards except American Express.
Alternatively, you can make your booking over the telephone rather than using the secure payment facility on-line – just call us on 020 3930 1245 and our staff will get you booked in.
When confirmation of booking is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order.
Security
The security of your Credit Card data is important to us. Credit card numbers are encrypted and all information goes direct to a secure payment company who work direct with the banks. Our staff have no access to your credit card details.
Payment and Price
The total price payable for the treatment will be what you see and pay at the time of making a booking. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT. There are no hidden charges.
Payment Methods
You must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number your credit card issuer has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your booking. Your booking will only be
processed once authorisation of your payment has been properly received.
Other
Your booking will be confirmed once we have received your payment in full. We will issue you with an electronic invoice once we received your payment. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
