The world-leading Invisalign treatment is a virtually invisible way to straighten your teeth.
Using advanced 3D computing technology, we’ll show you how your teeth will look before, during and after the course of treatment, so you can preview your new smile before the treatment even begins.
A series of clear aligners will then be custom-made for your teeth and, little by little, they will move into the desired position. Each set of aligners is usually worn for a week or so, before being changed and your final result can be reached within a few months.

Your dentist will take a 3D scan of your teeth, so we can preview what the end result will look like and estimate the length of your Invisalign treatment.
Invisalign will custom-make a series of clear aligners that will gently straighten your teeth. You’ll wear each set for two weeks, before replacing it with the next in the series, until your treatment is complete.
Once your Invisalign treatment is complete and your teeth are in their new straight position, it’s important to take care of them. 3 sets of premium retainers are included in your offer price of your treatment, and we recommend wearing them as often as possible.

Treatment time varies depending on the complexity of each individual case and can take anything from 6 to 18 months. Following your initial free consultation, your dentist will give you a more accurate idea of how long your individual treatment will take.
Invisalign clear aligners are made of strong, medical-grade thermoplastic material, uniquely developed for the Invisalign system. Custom-made to fit over your teeth, they are completely clear and almost invisible when worn.
You will need to remove your aligners to eat, and to brush your teeth. Aside from this though, you should wear your aligners for up to 22 hours a day to ensure the alignment process is as fast and efficient as possible.
There is a chance of slight discomfort when your teeth are pushed or moved into a different position and is a positive indication that your Invisalign treatment is working. Most patients only report discomfort for the first few days after wearing a new set of aligners, if at all.
In most cases, patients attend our City of London practice for Invisalign appointments every four to six weeks. During this appointment, your dentist will check to ensure treatment is progressing as it should and provide you with your next set of aligners.
